“Fire,” the Premiere Issue, is a masterpiece of fantasy sculpture, expertly hand-crafted of fine porcelain and hand-painted to bring out her most delicate features. Her gown is carefully hand-tailored in layers of gold, orange and red metallic fabrics that are “singed” at the ends for special effect. A high slit shows off her long elegant legs, and she is adorned with golden ribbon, sequins and faux jewels, with beautiful braids in her hair. Her wings are uniquely poseable to create “flames” about her. It’s almost as if you’ve been transported to a dark wooded forest, breathless with the excitement of catching this fiery beauty unawares.

“Fire” is just the first in the Faeries of Twilight doll series. Each one is superbly crafted and costumed to bring the legend to glorious, touchable life.
