Standing an impressive 15 inches tall, it\'s designed to replicate each of Her Royal Majesty\'s recognizable features masterfully. Then, for further authenticity, it is skillfully hand-painted to highlight each detail - from the Queen\'s tasteful make-up to her carefully applied nail polish. And that\'s not all that is remarkable about this breathtaking doll. The Queen\'s custom-designed ensemble itself is nothing short of astonishing. Her floor-length dress is the pinnacle of elegance, fashioned from premium blue sapphire velvet. An imitation fur-lined shawl is draped over her shoulders to complement the dress.
