From sketches to stardom, Disney’s Mickey Mouse was introduced in 1928. At the same time, one of the most luxurious cars of the era also celebrated its beginnings — the 1928 Duesenberg. What’s more, it marked the start of a great tradition in which Disney combined its characters with the allure of vintage cars in films, art and parades.

Now “Legend & Luxury” celebrates Disney’s Mickey Mouse and the 1920s glamour of the Model J. Handcrafted details abound, from this character’s glittery vest and tophat to his richly appointed sculpted car with its glossy finish and film-inspired graphics. Designs inspired by early sketches surround the car for even more vintage style.
